Just a little something


On a Personal note today. I hit on something I have to share with you.

My husband Jason and I have recently moved to LI in NY. Your one of the lucky ones if you know what those abreviations mean.

Hiding right outside one of the most frantic environments in the world - is a sweet little vacation spot known as Long Island.

I speak quite often about relief from life through energetic practices, but if you think about it.

- The more your marketing improves on the front end. The less stress you deal with later, and the more time you get to spend enhancing the rest of your life.

A Lesson in Manifestation From The Bagel Shop


“You get what you ask for.” I emphasized with a smile as my husband Jason and I stood in line at a local bagel shop.

The air was permeated with the sweet and spicy odors of maple and onion mingling among the other baked goodies.

Everyone has been in a consumer situation, its nothing new… Now compare your experience to what you have learned about the ever advancing manifestation process.

Never had it been as obvious to me as it was that morning at the Bagel shop.

You will get exactly what you order so be specific, be clear and be quick about it.

If you don’t say toasted you won’t get toasted, so the lesson from the universe that morning was clear for me and Jason.

Be clear and be specific.

Often times we students of manifestation want and desire and have come to a basic understanding of creation.

You know it works, you’ve seen it in action.

You may use a 12 step, a five step, a three step or even a one step method to transfer your desire from nothing but positive reinforced thoughts to actual material apparitions.

You’re not a beginner and I know from experience when you get to this point where you’re sharing your lessons and successes with friends and family – learning slows as your focus changes.

Be aware, be open, and look around constantly. Your new found ability will truly astound you. The realization of constant creation is almost too much as you look for the reflection of every form of desire around you. Things you wanted, noticed on TV, fleeting thoughts appear around you every second.

As you notice more of these externalizations of little internal bits of consciousness -your awareness of just how vast your creative energy is will further expand your ability.

You realize that your ability to create is infinite and it’s just as easy to control as ordering a French toast bagel toasted with butter to-go. ^_^

So now you know your power to create, and how to grow your ability by simply expanding your awareness. Watch more of your world everyday, step back from time to time and just look at what you’re creating.

Now that you can see your creations fleeting by you, every second, minute, and hour – you can make the most of your energy.

No longer are you dragged along by what seems an uncontrollable happening.

Realize you’re just standing in line in that busy little bagel shop, and like it or not – you get exactly what you order. So begin to create consciously and understand, “you get what you ask for” regardless of whether you wanted it or not…

A Fantastic Method to Boost Inspiration, Escape, and Release


This is a wonderful method I love to use daily to keep myself open and cheery. It may seem strange to most men - having more fear of open expression and letting go. Sorry guys, this may be hard for you but I recommend giving it a try if you are brave.

As strange as it sounds there are millions of people now, and throughout history that have used this freeing method.

It works to treat: stiffness, melancholy, anger, frustration, sickness, loneliness, and many other symptoms.

Here it is:

First find your favorite cd, or grab your iPod and find a quiet place to be alone.

You will find you can be more open and honest with yourself when you can be secluded with no one around. You feel free of judgment and thus more expressive.

Stand in the center of the room, and start your music. Take a deep breath and let go. Forgive yourself, embrace your day and think about the wonder that fills your life. If you are sad the mind loves to remind you how little you have. Even millionaires suffer depression, so do the greatest minds in history.

The point is that these states of emotion are uncontrollable as natural cycles.
But the mind reacts and tries to analyze this lack of control. Placing ego and thought in an unnatural place - the heart.

Feelings and the heart are aspects of a basic universal communication. Constantly received and transmitted through you conducive form.

Let them flow...

Leave control out of your dealings with the heart. That is why most people seem to have lost emotions and are incapable of love. They try to employ and apply logic and the mind to matters of the wild heart.

Emotions cannot be forced they have to be allowed. You must be left open to whatever comes from following an open heart. This is very difficult for most people, because they fear being hurt. Whether they have been before or not, they fear.

Be willing to be open.

Now back to the exercise.

You are all alone.

You have put on your favorite music.

Now give in to this abandon of emotion, and start to move.

Let the music move you.

There is not set movement as long as you are moving. Circulating energy and emotion thereby increasing life. Your life.

Now release. Let go of everything you have been holding captive inside. All those stressors that have clogged your heart and chest. Feel them lift off your spinning swaying form.

Feel your connection to the supportive ground. With every foot fall feel the energy holding you up strong and firm like your unbeatable spirit.

Release 'til you are content, smiling, and empowered. Free.

How To Deal With Negitive People


I have to share something important with you.

I really got hurt today. Someone I thought was a friend and a professional threw a lot of negitivity and slander my way.

What's the natural reaction? To be hurt, to get angry, to react and fight back.

I am here - now - going to tell you the best thing to do. Stop.

Breathe and clear your mind.

Remember peacefully that you are not what other people think you are... when have others opinions about you ever been correct?

Why would you let some judgemental person effect the way you feel about yourself?

Energy studies and cultivation practice teaches us that there are two kinds of energy filling your body. Pure white energy which evolves you and makes you stronger and black energy or Karma.

The first of the two (the pure white energy) exists to be developed and nurtured through positive lifestyle changes, spiritual practices, and the elimination of Karma. It can also be exchanged for Karma which I'll explain later...

This secondary black substance on the other hand is collected and accumulated over a lifetime. By our negitive and hurtful actions, harming others, and focusing on our own problems obsessively we grow this blackness in ourselves.

In most cases like I mentioned earlier we can exchange our white energy for this dark substance when we harm other.

Imagine hitting someone - drastic i know - but when you do this you are actually transferring your white energy away through your fist.

At the same time you fill that open space with more black energy.

It is the same with words and actions against other and ourselves. Many more people are self distructive then are offensive.

Take notice of your own life. Everything you say and do effects someone you come into contact with everyday. You can hurt someone just as easily as give them the best day of your life.

You may look back and see that you have caused much damage, things that might make it hard for you to forgive yourself or others.

I will start by giving you this. You are constantly - every instant - creating who you are. As well as creating the world around you.

Not even your eyes which view this beautiful world are the same from this moment to the next. They are composed of cells constantly moving, millions of parts that are never the same twice in one lifetime.

So you are constantly viewing a new world with new eyes. Fantastic isn't it.

In the same way, you are not the person you were yesterday, today. It is your choice to live as that person or to live as someone new and different.

This life is yours, live it for you. Many people will try to bring up the past or try to compare thier experience to yours thinking they know best.

Remember their experience is thiers, and no matter how similar they can never be you experiencing your life.

Thank them. Thank these people that hurt you.

I know it's hard and a little confusing at first, but here's why...

When you get hurt by someone else. They are transferring this white high energy matter to you but at the same time eliminating a little of your Karma or dark energy.

This may be hard to understand.

Just give it a try. The next time someone hurts you, sit alone and clear your mind.

Close your eyes and picture that person sitting in a chair across from you. Now thank them.

Thank them for eliminating more of that dark energy in you, making you more light and pure more alive. You will almost immediately feel different perhaps even a little better.

Now you can even say a prayer for this person, think of good blessings you would want for yourself, and send them to this person.

Remember thoughts attract things, if you give anger you will receive anger. On the other hand if you give blessings and compassion that is what you will get in return.

Don't let other negative people control your mind, your feelings and your life.

Starting today. Love yourself and treat others better, because what goes around will come back around.

How To Clear Negative Thoughts Keeping You From What You Want

I have been reading through my books on abundance lately and found the perfect exercise. The method mentioned below left me with a fantastic feeling that "all good things are on the way".

After a few minutes I felt the peace of clarity that had been escaping me for years. No seminar or guru could mimic the feeling I got after trying this simple little exercise.

First it is important to know that the universe wants to give you what you want. It listens to your emotions more then your words and it does not respond to the opposite. The universe will create for you what you think most about. So think about what you want not what you don't want.

This little exercise will help you to think more positively and become clearer.

Don't try to dismiss or ignore negative thoughts when they come. When you give them attention or emotions like anger this just empowers your negative and destructive thoughts.

Negative thoughts may come but don't loose hope, one positive thought outweighs 100 of its negative counterparts. When these bad thoughts come along do this; say the opposite - out loud if you can. For example: "I don't have enough money." becomes “I have an abundance of money in my life."

You have fantastic tools available to you right now. You can think of what you want and empower it with light. Do it now think of what you want - the beautiful image.

Now think of the reasons why you CAN'T have it. Write it out on a chalkboard then erase it.(this one worked great for me) But you can try other ways to distort the words : stretch them, make them smaller, fade out, see them drift off into the static of an television screen. Do this with all the reasons you can't have this specific thing you want.

Now think of a reason you CAN have this thing you want. See the words in your mind - encircle and empower the words with white light. Hear the words being spoken by the beautiful voice of someone you love.

Now picture that thing you want. See yourself drawn closer to it. You can feel it, make the image bigger. Place yourself inside this imagining. Bring yourself into it. You can see it, smell it, taste and touch it.

By making the negative thoughts smaller you take away their power. Also by making the positive image of what you want bigger and more vivid you increase it's speed and ability to manifest in your reality.

The Great "I Am"...


I was reading a book recently with my husband Jason concerning healing with the power of sound. It also covered the ways sounds affect the world and the mind as well as the body.

Something was mentioned and it caused a real moment of realization to me. Perhaps it will have the same benefits for you...

We are talking about the statement "I Am"

Not strictly speaking about the religious mention or use of this statement. All holy books aside... Manifestation marketers and self improvement types alike have always spoken of affirmations. Often using the statement "I Am" specifically.

Their explanation :( in short) Believe you are, before you are. The can be affirmations like "I am rich", "I am happy", "I am a millionaire".

Those are some of the more popular affirmations, but it's enough to give you a picture.

For many sane people this is a hard concept to grasp. - Thinking we are already something that we are not but desperately want. This method if you do not have complete trust and faith can actually have adverse effects.

We say and do everything we are told but nothing happens at least not right away. Then we get frustrated, depressed and down. This makes it even harder to get on the computer and stay strong day after day.

I knew there had to be more to it. I had to understand why, thinking this would give way to a deeper understanding and hopefully subconscious working of these "affirmations".

Upon studying quantum theories and natural laws I discovered more about the creation of everything in our lives then one would consider humanly possible.

Even before modern science as we know it, we see mentions of thoughts and vocalization to make manifest in most ancient philosophies. Proof has been written and engraved in stone on the walls of previously buried temples from America to Egypt to Japan.

The more you learn about how these affirmations work, the more your world begins to fall into place. With all doubt removed the universe finds a way. So do your research and you will discover that blind faith can actually see. ^_^

Back to my recent discovery...

I have recently learned a piece of information the made all the "I am" affirmations make sense, and not only that... now they work.

To put it shortly the "I am" part of the statement refers to the presence or existence of God or the divine energy in you.

Then whatever is stated afterward specifically is what the god energy is intentioned to accomplish.

For example "I am Wealth" means” God in me exists and expresses itself as wealth"

This little explanation was all my thinking mind needed to be able to use this incredible statement.

Now everyday:
  • "I am healthy"
  • "I am wealthy"
  • "I am protected"
  • And "I am prosperous"

Have You Smiled Today or How to Live Every Minute...



One of the biggest causes of frustration and disappointment in our daily lives is shared with a majority of the people on this planet.

It can be something big and encompass the entirety of our lives. Or it can be as small and seemingly unimportant as what happened before breakfast this morning.

Everyday we are confronted by what we want to do, and what we think we have to do.

Ours brains exist in a confused state of hyperactivity, jumping to the first answer or priority. Day in and day out it perseverates, repeating each "what I have to do" default many times. This is what scientists refer to as the beta mind state.

You are a machine - take into account for a second that this idea is not all that ridiculous. Imagine that your body is a machine; many medical practitioners will tell you it is. Fine tuned and put simply you feed or fuel it and it operates automatically.

Getting you where you need to go on a daily basis. Just like breathing, listen carefully... your mind also defaults to a mechanical autopilot.

Everyday you are bombarded with activities that require your attention while you are doing other things. Women are especially good at what you would call multitasking. ^_^

While you are trying to do two things at once imagine that out of those two things - one of them would be a lesser "drone" activity.

For example you are driving and having a conversation with the person in the passenger seat next to you. "The Robot”: that automatic part of your mind is handling the driving, using your body of course. While you - your awareness - is focused on having a pleasant conversation.

I know you have been in this situation before, and you will most likely experience it again.

Here is where you can get proof what I am saying is true.

You are in the car, the robot is driving and you are speaking with a friend sitting in the passenger seat. If there is an obstruction, near accident, or anything out of the ordinary - the robot instantly moves aside and puts you in the driver seat.

It is almost immediate and the transition is so smooth you will hardly notice. But there it is, and if you are looking for it, you will find it.

Your body is a machine; living, breathing, pumping blood and sharing the experiences of your individual cells with your mind.

Also your mind is a machine; splitting your daily tasks so your conscious mind does not become overwhelmed.

In short when you are in a normal everyday beta mind state you are a robot barely living your own life.

No wonder most people live each day with some feeling of incompleteness or dissatisfaction.

You have trained your mind through a lifetime of repetitive actions to takeover all the daunting tasks so your thinking mind is able to take in more information.

Thus you continually learn and program yourself to leave more and more to the robot.

So much of your everyday experience is handed over unconsciously to be handled by your robot.

Now what about you?

Where do you - the one reading this - fit in?

Don't draw the assumption that the robot is foreign or evil. In fact, your life would be more confusing and overwhelming if suddenly the robot disappeared. Your mind would go into shock having to handle every little daily activity.

Here's what you can do:

Little by little take back your life, tell the robot "I acknowledge your presence, but I would like to take the driver seat now, I can handle this so step aside."

Then notice the small shift in awareness, concentration and focus. You are brought to the forefront of your own experience so pay attention.

If you are driving you will be driving, notice the way the wheel feels in you hands, you will move your feet according to what your signals your eyes receive. You will really begin to notice how much you miss when you let the robot control everyday.

The more you take your life back, and become aware of your mental and physical experience; the more clarity you will have.

Then you can move into purpose.

The big thing to focus on first is living every moment of your life.

This will help you have more clarity in your life. Which all by itself will fill each day with fascination and appreciation for all the little things.

Do this and you will find yourself smiling more everyday, and maybe even discovering you’re all elusive purpose or sense of self.

Also with your new clear awareness, your mind will slowly begin to change its conscious state. You will begin to feel collected and more in touch with a kind of higher guidance.

You will start to acknowledge what you want to do with clarity, and not what you think you should do or have to do.
